On behalf of the Institute for Development and Innovation, Ana Milenković, NESESER project manager, attended the ceremony of awarding certificates within the IPA II cross-border cooperation program Serbia-Bosnia and Herzegovina. As part of the event organized on Zlatibor, certificates were awarded to all the projects that received funding under the IPA II cross-border cooperation program Serbia-Montenegro and Serbia-BiH, among which the NESESER project.
The Institute for Development and Innovation within the IPA program implements the project “Newly established Start-up Enterprise SERvices – NESESER” in partnership with the Development and Guarantee Fund of Brčko District and the City of Loznica. The overall goal of the NESESER project is to foster shared cross-border economic potential for self-employment by improving the entrepreneurial environment for young and newly founded companies led by women.
At the event, the new Financial Agreement IPA III of cross-border cooperation between Serbia and Montenegro was signed. The financial agreement, on behalf of the Republic of Serbia, was signed by Tanja Miščević, Minister for European Integration and national IPA coordinator, while the representative of the European Union at this signing was Emanuel Žiofre, EU Ambassador to Serbia. Milena Žižić, State Secretary in the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro and national IPA coordinator, signed on behalf of Montenegro.
