The team of the Institute for Development and Innovation, together with project partners from the Development and Guarantee Fund of the Brčko District of BiH and the City of Loznica, attended the workshops on capacity building of state administration representatives in the field of entrepreneurship. Capacity building workshops were held from September 25 to 29, 2023 within the NESESER project. The workshops were organized by consultant Marija Suzić, and the Institute for Development and Innovation provided all the necessary technical and logistical support.
The goal of organizing the workshops was for representatives of the state administration from Loznica and Brčko District to acquire knowledge in entrepreneurship, “pre-incubation” and “incubation” of companies, and all so that the acquired knowledge would be used during the establishment and development of two business incubators – in Brčko District of BiH and the City of Loznica.
The five-day workshops included entrepreneurship workshops: “Maybe entrepreneurs”, “Early start entrepreneurs, “Wanna-be entrepreneurs”, “Up-start entrepreneurs”, “Re-start entrepreneurs”, guest lectures by successful entrepreneurs, as well as the presentation of a successful Business Incubator from Osjek. As part of the five-day workshops, a presentation of the “Feasibility Study” and “Business Plan” for the Business Incubator in Loznica was organized by the consulting firm Milestone Solution.
