Green Deal Arena within the project Shared Green Deal took a place in Brussels on October 4, 2022. The organizer was DRIFT for transition. Representative of Institute for Development and Innovation and upPE-T project was Marija Suzić.

The topic of Green Deal Arena was “Social Sciences and Humanities for Achieving a Responsible, Equitable, and Desirable GREEN DEAL”. Representatives of DRIFT for transition and other SHARED GREEN DEAL partners presented their current work and results in the field of improvement the green economy policies.

Green Deal Arena participants exchanged their knowledge and experiences in following fields: circular economy, clean energy, efficient renovations, mobility, biodiversity, and sustainable food.

Further, participants shared their views on the future of the Earth’s inhabitants, i.e. life of the planet’s inhabitant in a year 2050, through the work in six groups.

Continuance of the cooperation and exchange of ideas is planned to be realized through online workshops in December.
