On February 28, the Institute for Development and Innovation organized an Employment Fair within the project “Retraining program for QA testers PREOBUQA!”, the goal of which was to connect the participants of the training program with IT companies.

About 50 young people from the territory of the Republic of Serbia, who went through the retraining program as QA testers, attended the Employment Fair. Companies that employ personnel in the field of QA testing were present.

At the event, company representatives met the participants of the PREOBUQA! program, discussed potential jobs or internships, collected resumes, exchanged experiences, gave the participants advice for future career development, and got to know more about the work of their companies. The ultimate goal of the project is for at least 15 young people to find a job or start practicing in the field of QA testing.

“Retraining program for QA testers PREOBUQA!” is supported within the BOLD program implemented by the U.S. Embassy in Serbia and the Association for Affirmation of Culture – ASK.
