Certificate Award Ceremony within the Serbia–Bosnia and Herzegovina Cross-Border Cooperation Programme

On behalf of the Institute for Development and Innovation, Ana Milenković, NESESER Project Manager, attended the certificate award ceremony within the IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia–Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the event held in Zlatibor, certificates were awarded to all projects funded under the IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes Serbia–Montenegro and Serbia–Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the NESESER project.

Within the IPA programme, the Institute for Development and Innovation is implementing the project “NEwly established Start-up Enterprise SERvices – NESESER” in partnership with the Development Guarantee Fund of Brčko District and the City of Loznica. The overall goal of the NESESER project is to strengthen the joint cross-border economic potential for self-employment by improving the entrepreneurial environment for young people and newly established companies led by women.

At the event, a new Financial Agreement for the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia–Montenegro was signed.

On behalf of the Republic of Serbia, the agreement was signed by Tanja Miščević, Minister for European Integration and National IPA Coordinator. The European Union was represented by Emanuele Giaufret, EU Ambassador to Serbia. On behalf of Montenegro, the agreement was signed by Milena Žižić, State Secretary at the Ministry of European Affairs and National IPA Coordinator.
