In the next 6 months, the Institute for Development and Innovation will implement the project “POKRENI SE! 3 “, which aims to retrain 50 young people from all over the country for graphic designers.

According to the official data of Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, which come from the Labor Force Survey (LFS), in the first quarter of 2022, every sixth young person aged 15 to 29 neither worked nor went to school – she was in the so-called NEET position.

These young people represent the untapped potential of the labor market in the Republic of Serbia. This situation indicates the need for training and dissemination of knowledge that will provide young people with the most efficient path to career development, positioning in the labor market and starting an entrepreneurial company. Project tasks will focus on: 1) organizing a training program in graphic design; 2) organizing the Entrepreneurship Training Program; 3) organizing an employment fair, where young people who have undergone retraining will connect with companies that need people in this field.

Project “POKRENI SE! 3 ”is funded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
